One a month. Four cars on each.
Every expedition leaves on the last weekend of the month and rotates between Die Hel, the Baviaanskloof and Louvain in the Outeniqua. Four cars, then it closes. The next date is offered to the waiting list before it is opened to anyone else.

Places are counted in cars. Each car brings two guests. A private date for a group of four cars can be arranged on request.
How a place is offered
You ask. We call.
- 01You tell us what you drive, what has been done to it, and which date you would like.
- 02A person reads it, not a form. Standard and near-standard luxury 4×4s come first.
- 03We call you with the details, the number and a deposit link, or with your place on the waiting list.
- 04The date fills and closes. The next one is offered to the list before anyone else hears about it.

Not everyone gets a place. That is not a slogan. It is a headcount.
