Your clients.Our mountain.
If you look after people who own the capable car and have never used it, we can give them the three days that prove it, with your name on the invitation. Four cars, one date, nobody at the fire you did not bring.
People who hold a room full of our guests.
We sell places one couple at a time. You may already have forty of them on a list. A partner date puts all four places in your hands.
A dealership
Put four customers into four of your cars and let them find out what they bought. The lead car goes first, the tyres come down, and the photograph at the end has your badge in it. Nothing sells the capable version like a customer who has finally used it.
A private bank or wealth manager
An evening on the beach, a mountain the next morning and a night under canvas with a chef. Something your clients cannot buy off a shelf and will talk about for a year. We host. You are the reason they are there.
A family office
One family, three generations, four cars, a private date. Somebody who knows the road goes first and somebody else worries about the linen. The family only has to arrive.
A travel advisor or concierge house
We take your client as ours for three days and hand them back to you. You keep the relationship. How that works for you is a short conversation, and we have it on the first call.
Everything the expedition is. All of it yours.
A partner date is the same expedition we run every month, with one difference: all four cars are yours.
The afternoon at a hotel on the beach at Mossel Bay, supper at one table, the briefing over the last glass. The road the next morning behind a lead car as standard as your clients' own. The camp already standing when they arrive, the chef, the fire, the quietest night they have had. The way out on day three.
What changes: the date sits outside the public calendar and can be a weekday. The invitation can carry your name. We brief your guests directly or through you, whichever you prefer. And there is one number for the four cars, in writing, that you can put on a quote.
Cars
Eight guests. Your own cars, your clients' cars, or ours for those who fly in.
Days
A hotel on the beach, a night under canvas, the way home. Weekdays possible.
Number
Priced for the four cars as one, in writing, before you commit to anything.
Strangers
Nobody on the date you did not invite. Nobody at the fire selling anything.
Four steps, and a phone call.
- 01You tell us who you look after and roughly when.
- 02We call. We hold a date and put the number in writing.
- 03You nominate the four cars. We speak to each guest about the car and the briefing, or you do. Your call.
- 04The afternoon on the beach. The rest follows.
We keep the guest list to ourselves and to you. Nobody is added to anything, and nobody hears from us afterwards unless they ask to.
Tell us who you look after.
A few lines is enough. A person reads it and calls you within two working days.
Four cars. Your guests. Nobody else.
Tell us who you look after and roughly when. We hold a date and put the number in writing.
