You can delete your Forgotten Routes account and its data at any time.
In the app (quickest)
- Open the Menu and tap your driver card to open your profile.
- Tap Delete account and type please delete account to confirm.
Your account and data are deleted straight away.
Without the app
Email support@forgottenroutes.co.za with the subject Delete my account:
- send it from the email address you signed in with (Apple or Google), or
- include the phone number you signed in with.
We confirm and delete within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile and sign-in.
- Your trips and driving history, voice notes, photos and journal entries.
- The cars in your garage.
- Your live location data and notification tokens.
You are removed from your crews. Territory you claimed stays with the crew, without your name. Backups are overwritten within 30 days of a deletion.
